They received my Miken Triad bat for a knob repair on 6/25/2018. They have not returned the bat or replied to any messages since 7/20/2018. When I initially contacted them via email about repairing the knob on my Miken Triad softball bat they always replied to messages fairly quickly. I purchased the repair service through their site www.superhotbats.com and received a receipt with Order No. *****. I shipped the bat to them and the usps tracking number ********************** shows it was delivered on 6/25. After several weeks of not receiving my bat back I attempted to contact them via the same email thread as when I initially contacted inquiring about repairing my bat. This time I received no reply. I attempted again the following weeks and finally received a reply on 7/20/2018 via the live customer support pop up window on their site (www.superhotbats.com)and was told the bat would ship out on Monday 7/23/2018. It is now 8/15/2018 and I still do not have my bat. I have tried reaching them through the live customer support window with no reply. I have tried calling the number listed on their site (747 900-2287) and always get a voicemail message. The way this business treats its customers is unacceptable. I see based on other complaints on this site that my experience with this business is very similar to others.

Desired Outcome
I would like my bat repaired and returned to me promptly and a explanation why I received no reply to messages.

I receive 400 plus bats in my shop every week. I ask all customers to please attach a note with your name address contact info and what is being dont to the bat. That is how I know whose bat belongs to who. Mr. ******* sent me his bat with no information attached to the barrel and it arrived July 23rd 2018. When his bat arrived i had no clue who it belonged to. HE sent me a text 2 weeks after it had arrived (beginning of August) so i was able to figure out what bat was his. He sent the bat in for an "Knob Repair" $45 and he paid for an "end cap repair". I explained there was a price difference but i went ahead and did the work for him anyways. The work was completed and the bat was returned to him on 8/23/2018. I have no clue why this complaint was made. see usps tracking **********************

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) The response by Super Hot Bats is ridiculous. First off I printed out the email thread in which we initially corresponded and wrote all of my contact information on that page along with knob repair being highlighted. I placed the bat knob and the printed email with contact information inside a ziploc bag. Then duct taped it securely to the bat before inserting it in the shipping box. Along with that information being included on the bat itself my name and address was clearly on the shipping label that I printed from my USPS account and attached to the shipping box. I find it unbelievable they had no idea who the bat belonged to based on those two things. This statement is also false "HE sent me a text 2 weeks after it had arrived (beginning of August) so i was able to figure out what bat was his.". They received the bat June 25 shown by USPS tracking number ********************** . If I had sent them a text two weeks after it arrived (beginning of August) that would mean they received it in mid July but the tracking information shows otherwise. I actually started trying to contact them in mid July with only one successful contact via their live support on superhotbats.com. I was told then the bat would ship on Monday July 23. I did not receive it back until August 23. I tried on several occasions to contact them beginning in early August via the live support and business number (747) 900-2287 with no response. Another false claim is that I didn't pay for a knob repair. I was instructed to pay for the end cap repair service in the initial email because they do not show a knob repair service on their site. Their exact reply via email "Go on my website and purchase end cap repair. Its the same price. When you ship the bat attach a note to the barrel with your name address contact info and (Knob repair). No price difference in services was ever expressed to me. I find it laughable that they make it sound like they did me some kind of a favor by repairing it anyway even though I supposedly paid for a lesser service. The final result in my horrible experience with this company is that when I finally did receive the bat back after almost two months then removed the tape they had placed over the knob it came off with the tape. It wasn't even repaired correctly. I took a picture of the result and uploaded it via my imgur account as well https://imgur.com/******* . I ended up having to repair it myself. They did no preparation on the knob so I had to remove the factory glue with my Dremel tool to get a clean surface for gluing. Almost two months of waiting for nothing. I believe any business that operates with competency would at least test their repair work before sending it back to a customer. It seems this is not the case for Super Hot Bats.

This company has a bat I sent them for repairs in 2017. I have contacted them by phone email and text, but have been ignored since may. I was told several times this bat was to be fixed and sent to me free of charge. This isnt the first time I have sent them a bat. Another I bought a bat from them and only received it 9 months after. Ut was already a model year older when I picked it up in the mail.

Desired Outcome
Refund I ask that my bat been return in new condition as I sent it, or I be paid 300 dollars for its replacement.

Hope you had a great weekend *** ********* In response to Mr. ******* I have to first off correct him on several different statements he made that are untrue. Mr. ******* originally sent me his first bat from Canada to have shaved rolled and coated for homerun derbies. Mr. ******* received the work, and also received videos of the work. Mr. ******* requested that I send his bat back as warranty repair bc of the taxes he would acrew when crossing back from US into ******* When in actuality that wasn't the case. The work that was done to his bat would be similar to that of cosmetic surgery. The work I do to the bat increases the exit speed which allows the hitter to hit the ball further. When Mr. ******* first bat was shipped it was flagged in customs and was held for over a month and a half. The bat was then shipped back to me which I received a couple weeks later. I immediately shipped the bat back (paying shipping a second time ($75) which I not once requested from Mr. *******. In fact I offered him a free bat shave service for the delay that was caused by customs. My only stipulation was that he covered shipping. I am very big on customer service and will always go out of my way for my customers. Mr. ******* of course took me up on my free bat shave offer. He shipped me his bat. The work was done and I sent him an invoice to cover the shipping which he agreed on. Here we are now several months later and Mr. ******* still hasn't paid the invoice or even made an attempt to pay. In fact what he has done is opened up a claim with the BBB knowing I would ship his bat and eat the shipping charge. So congratulations Mr. ******* you not only received the work for free but you have also got me for shipping as well. *** ******** here is the tracking for Mr. ******* bat. I went ahead and shipped a couple weeks ago after I realized what his plan was not to pay for shipping. And lastly, if I had really had his bat for 9months like he claimed why would he send me another bat? Just food for thought. Thank you for your help in this matter Ms. Moreland.
