This company has a bat I sent them for repairs in 2017. I have contacted them by phone email and text, but have been ignored since may. I was told several times this bat was to be fixed and sent to me free of charge. This isnt the first time I have sent them a bat. Another I bought a bat from them and only received it 9 months after. Ut was already a model year older when I picked it up in the mail.

Desired Outcome
Refund I ask that my bat been return in new condition as I sent it, or I be paid 300 dollars for its replacement.

Hope you had a great weekend *** ********* In response to Mr. ******* I have to first off correct him on several different statements he made that are untrue. Mr. ******* originally sent me his first bat from Canada to have shaved rolled and coated for homerun derbies. Mr. ******* received the work, and also received videos of the work. Mr. ******* requested that I send his bat back as warranty repair bc of the taxes he would acrew when crossing back from US into ******* When in actuality that wasn't the case. The work that was done to his bat would be similar to that of cosmetic surgery. The work I do to the bat increases the exit speed which allows the hitter to hit the ball further. When Mr. ******* first bat was shipped it was flagged in customs and was held for over a month and a half. The bat was then shipped back to me which I received a couple weeks later. I immediately shipped the bat back (paying shipping a second time ($75) which I not once requested from Mr. *******. In fact I offered him a free bat shave service for the delay that was caused by customs. My only stipulation was that he covered shipping. I am very big on customer service and will always go out of my way for my customers. Mr. ******* of course took me up on my free bat shave offer. He shipped me his bat. The work was done and I sent him an invoice to cover the shipping which he agreed on. Here we are now several months later and Mr. ******* still hasn't paid the invoice or even made an attempt to pay. In fact what he has done is opened up a claim with the BBB knowing I would ship his bat and eat the shipping charge. So congratulations Mr. ******* you not only received the work for free but you have also got me for shipping as well. *** ******** here is the tracking for Mr. ******* bat. I went ahead and shipped a couple weeks ago after I realized what his plan was not to pay for shipping. And lastly, if I had really had his bat for 9months like he claimed why would he send me another bat? Just food for thought. Thank you for your help in this matter Ms. Moreland. I paid to get work done on 6 slowpitch softball bats. After 2 months, still haven't received the bats back and now they won't return calls or texts. I paid $240 plus $20 to have some work done on 6 slowpitch softball bats. I paid the invoice **** through paypal on March 1st and shipped the bats which super hot bats received on March 5th. They claim their work normally takes between 2-3 weeks. After a month went by, I contacted them via text to find out if my bats were ready, they said they were gonna ship them out the week of April 5th. Once another month went by, I contacted them again and this time they claim they had shipped the bats out on USPS but since there was nobody home, the UPS driver didn't leave the package. I replied that I never received the note from USPS showing an attempted delivery. When nobody is home, USPS would leave a note on your door for you to release liability and/or make different arrangements for delivery. I then told them to send me the tracking number for the attempted deliveries and they just stopped answering my texts after that. A couple of more days later, on May 4th, I reached out through text again (I tried calling several times but nobody ever answers or return messages) to ask if my bats were ready, somebody then replied that they received my bats back in their warehouse and that they would ship out again and agreed to send me a tracking number and proof that the work had been done. I didn't received either of those. 8 days later, on May 12th, I tried reaching out but didn't even get a response.

Desired Outcome
I want my bats back with proof that the work was done.

Good Evening Ms.******************, I hope you are having a great week. I apologize for getting this response to you on the last day it is due. I am a 1 person operation and take this complaint serious. All of my reviews on ebay, and google are 100%. I go out of my way to make sure my customers are happy. I want to start off by saying Mr. ***** did not ship his bats 2 months ago. secondly, Mr. ***** received video proof of the work with serial #s. My business is customizing baseball/Softball bats. I remove the end cap, clean the inside of the barrel on a machine which makes the barrel compress easier which makes the bat hotter. I also re weight the bats, change grip as well. Mr. ***** sent me 6 Softball bats that required a lot of work and all of them required new end caps. He did not make me aware of this when he placed the order so when the bats arrived i had to order in 6 brand new end caps from the manufacture. I spent $120.00 out of my own pocket that Mr. ***** was not charged for nor did i ask him to pay. The end caps took 3 weeks to come in which i explained to Mr *****. once the end caps came in the bats were completed and shipped. I always ship customers bats with insurance. Being that he sent me 6 i put over $600 worth of insurance on them. I pay for this out of pocket as a freebie for customers bc it makes customers feel at ease in case anything were to happen during shipping the bats would be replaced. Usps requires anything being shipped with $300 of insurance or more to have a signature when they are delivered. They will not leave them if no one is there to sign. Usps attempted to deliver the bats 3 different times. No one was there to sign. After 2-3 delivery attempts usps holds them at the local post office for 20 days. When the item hasnt been picked up they do whats called "return to sender" and they were shipped back to me. When a return to sender happens it can take a week or more to get back to the sender. I had no idea that Mr. ***** hadnt received his bats until i received this notice. He did not text me to let me know. After receiving this complaint I immediately tracked the packed and saw it was being returned due to not being signed for or picked up. I reached out to Mr. ***** and explained the situation and told him usps wouldnt leave his bats if no one was there to sign so they were being returned to me. He responded by saying "I dont get off of work until after 5pm, there is no way for me to sign for them. My next question to him was, "Is it ok for me to see if usps will remove the signature confirmation? Or can i lower the insurance to under $300? Then Usps wont require a signature? His response to me was "No, I dont want you to say you shipped them and then steal them". I have spent $150 out of my pocket to cover the end caps and then spent extra to ship the bats. The tracking number was put into paypal when they were shipped so he could track them. The bats were just returned to me today. I am now shipping them out again and spending another $25. I explained to Mr. ***** that he can pick the package up from usps at lunch or anytime during the day if he is unable to sign for them. I have done everything i know to do to get these bats to Mr. *****. It is very frustrating to be dealing with this after i have gone above and beyond for this customer. The bats are being shipped again USPS - TRACKING # **********************

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I finally received a shipping tracking confirmation yesterday and I can submit a screen shot where it shows, even on the email he sent me, that the order for those bats was placed since March 1st. No tracking information was ever provided to me until yesterday. I previously asked him to provide proof that he shipped those bats before yesterday, which he never provided. He shouldn't advertise as a 2-3 week turnaround and it has already been 3 months and I still haven't received them back and then trying to make excuses and/or to justify the delay. I still have the fedex receipt with the tracking number, which I can provide, and it shows when the package was delivered to him, which was around March 3rd. I'm a very understanding person, I didn't reach out to the BBB until I was not getting any more responses to my texts and calls. If he would have been honest from the beginning and explained that he was backed up this complaint wouldn't have been filed. This is not only about the delay but also about the way he handled it, companies should not lie to their customers and just plain ignored them whenever they want to know where their items are. Thanks

Good Aftermoon Ms.*********, I hope you are doing well. I received notification that Mr. ***** Re opened the claim after it was closed. I wanted to further explain my system and how easy it is for customers. Once I speak to the customer and find out exactly what bats they are sending I will email them a invoice through PayPal. When the invoice is paid, and the customers Bats are finished, I go into PayPal and will get the shipping label. Once it is purchased the customer receives the tracking to their email address. Mr. ***** made a claim that he just received the tracking. That is not true bc the tracking was put in several months ago as soon as I did the shipping label. It's nothing I have to do physically bc it automatically emails the customer as soon as it is paid for. So if he just received the tracking that is bc he chose not to look at his email until that date. I have paid for several labels to get mr. ***** his bats all of which I have proof of. He also never paid for new end caps for 5 out of the 6 bats he sent. Mr ***** was txt videos of the work. He claims he hasn't received proof. Well if mr ***** looks at the sticker weight of his bats, and then he put the bats on the scale he will see the exact weight he requested was deducted from each bat. Mr ***** has received his bats as well so he is being un truthful about that Ms.********* if you would like to confirm this here is tracking number. This was the 3rd label I did for him in attempt to get his bats to him. Usps - **********************
