Ordered 2 products off his website sent the wrong products. Then told me products I ordered that he didn't have them even though they were on his site 8-20-19 and 8-21-19 order # XXXXX andXXXXX Adidas Melee senior softball bats paid with PayPal.

Desired Outcome
Told him to either send a call tag for products or adjust my charges and issue a credit

Purchased a brand new softball bat directly from their website on 9/25/18. After waiting 2 weeks and never receiving a shipping update or a tracking number for item, I contacted customer service via email. They responded with 'I am 2 weeks behind in orders. I'll get your bat shipped out as soon as possible'. I then waited another 2 weeks, and still haven't received any follow up email or update. It's now been a month since the date of purchase, where I paid $175 in full for my item. I filed a complaint via PayPal, which messages SuperHotBats directly, and after 3 days, they haven't responded to either me, nor PayPal, regarding my complaint. I have now had to escalate the issue to PayPal, as it is obvious that SuperHotBats is planning on keeping my $175 and never shipping out my item. I have been more than extremely patient with this company and even after waiting an entire month, they still haven't shown any indication of shipping me my item. I'm sick of waiting and just want a full refund, so that I can spend my money with a company that is organized and doesn't take advantage of its customers. I would sincerely caution anyone against doing business with SuperHotBats. They will keep your money, ignore your emails and never send you your items. Refund Full refund for the item that I paid for on 9/25/18 that was never shipped to me. I refuse to pay for something that was never sent to me.

I spoke to the gentleman a week before sending my daughter bat out for service he was polite an helpful really new what he was talking about so I made up my mind to go with his service after looking through many business his reviews on Facebook were all positive. So I ship Product was delivered on October 1. An I've been trying to reach his business phone an through text to emails an no response I have saved all my data for my records to prove how many times I reach out, my concern is it's going on 2 an half weeks no response it troubles me cause the bat new I paid 400$ all I'm asking what's the ETA on the bat. I get it he's a one man operation work piles up , but as a business why doesn't he answer back to phone calls,text,emails. All I'm wanting to know how long before I receive my product if he states 1 or 2 months just send me my bat an refund no problem. But I'm worried I got scam. For future problems why doesn't he post on his website expected time wait so customer know about how long it'll will be out since it seems like an on going problem. Yes it has been resolved the gentlemen kindly apologize about hold up on not answering back work has been so overwhelming an busy so he's getting caught up an my ship would be ship out sometime this week.. Very satisfied..

Placed an order for services on a bat that I supplied. Doesn't respond to email request of status or return of my property after 2 months of waiting! Placed an order for bat services thru website and paid in full on July 17th. Super hot bats received my bat on July 20th according to USPS tracking. After about a week of them possessing the bat I contacted them for status and delivery schedule of my bat. No reply. Reached out a second time a week later with a second request of status. No reply. On 8/4/18 I requested this status for a 3rd time. This time the response was The bat is not ready sir. As soon as its ready video is sent and shipping is imputed into paypal. Giving no real schedule! After waiting an entire month on 8/17/18 I requested the return of my bat realizing I've been had and offered for him to just keep the money! No reply! I then reached out again after 6 weeks asking where my bat was! No reply. So here we are 2 months later and no communication from them. There is no excuse to treat paying customers this way. Keeping their property and hoping they will just go away! I wish I would have read the BBB reviews and claims before using this company!
Desired Outcome
I have no confidence that bat I sent would be that bat is returned. The bat was used so if you depreciate the value of the bat and then add back wait I paid for services never rendered that equals the value of a new bat. $229. I consider this to be fair and reasonable.

This is legitimately the worst business I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Completely irresponsible and abuses his customers trust and money. He is notorious for taking your money and not delivering your items that you've paid for. He will give you absolutely absurd and ridiculous turnaround time projections like 1-2 months, yet he even fails to achieve that...that is assuming he'll even respond to the numerous emails and calls send to him (a majority of communication attempts were completely ignored and left unanswered). There are plenty of reputable competitors on the internet that are far more trustworthy and will actually ship out your items in less than a week, usually within a few business days. I'd avoid this business at all costs, unless you want to pay for an item that you'll never receive. Awful customer service from a irresponsible businessman. First and most certainly the last business I'll ever do with Super Hot Bats.

Sir not only were you given several responses to your emails but I kindly asked for you to text me for fastest response. I receive over 150 inquiries every day and ship out over 400 bats every week. I do all the work myself to ensure it is done right. And yes you can very easily purchase elsewhere and get your bat shipped within 2-3 days. Those companies use drills, or lie and don't do the work at all and are sitting by their phone waiting for orders to come in. I test exit speed with radar before and after shave to ensure performance.. I also send video with serial number.. I explained to you the process when you purchased the bat! I also let you know I was extremely behind due to the busy season and that I would get the bat shipped within 2-3 weeks. Your bat was not only shipped, but your tracking was also put into PayPal. I ship every bat with signature tracking which means they will not leave the item unless someone is there to sign. Usps attempted delivery 3 times with notice left They then shipped the bat back to me because you couldn't go pick it up. Now your telling me I never shipped the bat???? Sir you can try and spread lies wherever you want. The bottom line is, I don't stay as busy as I am bc I take people's money. I refunded you $175 as soon as I realized you never picked the bat up and it was returned to me.
