Pretty disappointed this is our second bat and the 1st one we had for a few months and it spider cracked we paid for a new one, our second bat was $400 and it cracked the 1st game and they expect me to pay another $200 for a new one! Pretty upset as my invoice and everything shows only a few days of having it and it's already cracked and not useable! We paid extra to get it. We won't be buying anymore from here!

Worlds worst bats Run Away. Bat cracked 1st time using. And they want us to pay them 235 to fix. Will keep complaining tell they do something. BBB will here about this and Attorney General whoever will listen. ITS wrong to see a bat for 350 and cracked during first practice and they dont want to do anything but charge you more money RUN AWAY

Bought a bat for my son from this company. After 2 sessions in a batting cage it cracks. Notify company and they want to replace it for $200 after spending $400 for original. Terrible customer service. No warranty!! Stay away!!!

Our company enhances bats for extreme performance. We always advise in writing that the bats never be used in a batting cage where the balls are extremely hard and you are hitting tons of balls. Also, every customer signs a disclaimer letting them know that performance enhanced bats do not come with a warranty. It is much like if you added a supercharger to your car. It gives added performance but with decreased durability. The bats should be used sparingly where the performance benefits can be realized without severely compromising the durability of the bats. So sorry that this happened.

After reporting these guys to the Better Business Bureau they lied to the Better Business Bureau saying that I damaged the bats. They also lied saying that I was hitting baseballs when I never hit a baseball I had only hit softballs but had said I hit three Baseballs in the back cracked in a letter to them previously but I had misspoken and I meant softball and told them that over the phone but they still chose to lie to the Better Business Bureau and say I was hitting baseballs when I was never doing so I'm in a softball league and don't even own a baseball but they still chose to lie and manipulate.

I sent my brand new baseball bat to this company for them to do a service it cost $131.50, I have copy of contract if needed, they said 3-5 day turn around, 15 days go by they do not send my bat back they do cash my money order, I leave 15 phone messages and 20 e-mails no one responds to me ,Finally I send phone and e-mail I am filling mail fraud complaint, they send baseball back with a cracked cap at top of bat, Bat was brand new never used when sent to them, they never did the service that was promished, they told me they do not know what happened bat got lost at shop, When I used bat it has no additional pop like promished they never did anything to the bat. I would like a refund for the for all the trouble they put me through and then not doing the service I paid for. Please call and e-mail you will see what I went through with this Fraudulent company. Please I hope you can help me, and not let this happen to someone else

Paid to have 2 bats shaved on Jan. 19th 2018. Have been fighting this issue since then. Sent 2 bats to be shaved. When they came back one had not been shaved. Sent it back never received it back. So I am out my bat plus the cost of the bat sent, plus the cost of shipping it back. Contacted owner he stated he would get another bat shave it & send to me. Thin never happened I have saved over 20 emails. The owner stated he would get another bat , his words. This was stated 3 weeks ago. Now he wont even return my many emails. He refuses to do anything & wont even answer emails. I have given him my phone # many times asking him to give me a call since this mess started 64 days ago yet he has been paid, didnt do the work, lost my bat. Also in one of his emails he stated he couldnt find the bat which he enters in his log.

Overview: Customer purchased service for 2 for the price of 1 bat service in the amount of $143.70. Service was performed on both bats and both bats were returned to the customer via USPS tracking # 9********************* USPS Priority 1/31/18
Customer was not satisfied with service on one of the two bats and returned it for re-evaluation. The bat was serviced and sent back to him via USPS tracking # ********************** USPS Priority 2/20/18.
The shipment on Feb 20 shows the package leaving our facility and leaving the Phoenix Main Sorting facility; then the package shows "In Transit" with no delivery. You can see this history on USPS.com. While awaiting the lost package inquiry pending with USPS; we replaced your bat at our expense and performed the requested service, and expedited shipping back to you. The FedEx tracking shows you received your package on Monday, March 26, 2018.

Took a Miken slow pitch bat to these people. Everyone raved about them, so I said what the hell, why not. The bat was hotter before this company touched it. The end caps don't stay in place. Now on my 3rd one and now they won't answer their phones. Called about 10 times on 4/6/21. Bat was supposed to fixed on 4/2/21. Hopefully I can at least get my bat back so I can never use this company again. "Re-engineering" / shaving bats is the biggest scam I've ever seen. Wish I would have stuck with my gut feeling and never let this company touch my bat.recommend not using them.
