Sent in a 2020 Louisville prime to be rolled. Came back and after one hit in the cage, the handle was loose. This company rolled the bat too close to the handle. His response was not his fault. Highly disappointed. This company ruined a $350 bat, not to mention the $80 to roll and ship back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is a completely false accusation. Everyone who has watched a bat rolling video knows that you cannot roll a bat too close to the handle the physics does not allow for it. Ultimate Break in can only occur on the barrel of the bat; the taper cannot be rolled. He sent pictures of his bat with marks on the connection piece underneath the rubber and said we did that. My response: I have never had an issue owning up to mistake and have purchased bats that we broke or cracked. On this one I am extremely confident I did not break that connection. You do not roll anywhere near that point. The one thing that is true was his response: "I will be leaving multiple negative reviews about your company/services on many internet and social media platforms starting with the BBB"

I sent a 2019 Rawlings Quatro for an end cap repair. I spoke with representative before sending and was assured the replacement cap wasn’t from a 2019 Quatro but a 2018 optic yellow but would work without issue. Upon receiving my bat the cap broke out after 20 swings off a tee. Upon investigation, the cap was fitted using a hand or bench grinder rather than a lathe. More concerning was the fact the $400 bat was also modified so the cap would fit. Modified with a die grinder not a lathe. Bat is a total loss, not enough ring left in the bat to hold a end cap. They said to send back and they would try to repair but such poor craftsmanship I wouldn’t ever use again. Very disappointed!

I apologize for the issue and while we try to be perfect it does not always work out that way. I immediately offered to fix the issue but I did not hear back from the customer until now. I am still confident I could secure the cap so it would not come off again. There had to be an oddity for this to occur and I am positive I could have figured it out.

I ordered a bat from this company and changed my address during the order. The bat went to the wrong address and I received a different bat. It was somebody elses. Bigdawg asked me to go the house where they sent the bat and ask if it came in. They said it did not. This was an inconvenience in itself. I told bigdawg about this and they asked if I could send the bat I received to the new address. I told them if they would refund my bat ordered or send me a new bat I never received I would be compliant. They have ignored me since that day. Ive been stuck with a childs bat for 6 weeks now with no idea what to do next. Stay away from this company they are a bunch of liars and thiefs!

I tried to fix this issue even though it was not our mistake. The customer changed address after the bat was shipped. I tried to reroute the package but could not and it was delivered to the original address the customer put into our system. I told him I would send him another bat trusting he could not retrieve the first one from the address he gave us. I tried to get his 2nd bat out ASAP and in my hast I mistakenly put someone else's bat in the package and sent it out. I realized my mistake and contacted the above customer. I tried to get him to ship the bat he received back because it was a little kids bat who had a tournament that weekend. The customer gave me a response that he would not ship this bat out until his arrived; honestly, I was kind of shocked by that response. I clearly let him know what our policy is for an incorrect bat received is; it is to be shipped back before any new bat is shipped out. The customer did not agree with that policy and held the youngster's bat (like a ransom). In order to get the child's bat in time for his tournament, I purchased him a brand new bat and sent it out. The above customer kept the child's bat and I did not resend him the bat he ordered. And there is still the issue of what happened to the first bat that was delivered to the address provided to us.
